Concierge Medical Membership
Membership in the Zimmer Concierge Medical Membership is limited to approximately 600 patients. This ensures that we are able to offer you the full range of benefits that come with membership, including plenty of time with your doctor during your appointments, priority scheduling, and email/phone consultation with staff.
Members pay an annual fee to access the amenities and conveniences of the program. This cost also covers any of your office visits with us, including routine physicals and other visits due to illness or other conditions.
The membership fee is an out-of-pocket cost in addition to any insurance or health plan you already have and is for services not provided by your insurance. However, many insurers allow you to submit the membership fee for reimbursement from a flexible spending account, health reimbursement account, or medical savings account in which you participate. In addition, your health insurance, if applicable as part of your coverage, can continue to cover the cost of your medications, lab testing, imaging studies, specialist visits, procedures, and hospitalizations, where applicable.
